The article discusses the recent trends in outsourcing in the software development. The article states that the outsourcing process led to creation of many jobs in the developing areas, especially in information technology. It also increased the rate of employment of the IT staff in the developing countries. The article argues that although some groups have considered outsourcing as a modern form of colonization, it has brought huge benefits to both the economy and people in the developing countries. The article therefore sheds light on outsourcing by looking at both the positive and negative effects of outsourcing. The article has tried to provide an answer to the question of who has the most interest in outsourcing and globalization between the developed and developing countries.

The article looks at some of the impacts that outsourcing and globalization have on the wage inequality. The paper discussed some of the evidences, which point to outsourcing as one of the reasons, which have contributed greatly to the wage inequality. The examined data proves that technology, of which outsourcing runs on, has contributed much to the increased wage inequality. The article however argues that outsourcing cannot be pointed out as the sole contributor of the wage decline. It states that the negative correlation between outsourcing and relative earnings is suprising. The authors therefore give suggestion on the need for further research on the issue.

The paper focuses on politics surrounding the issue of offshore outsourcing. It talks about the controversy and discusses it in details to elaborate the issue of offshore outsourcing. It discusses how a well-respected US senator used the Economic reform of the president (2004) to blame the president and all his supporters form favoring offshore outsourcing. The article looks at the various modern aspects of free trade, and how offshore outsourcing has been understood by many people. The article also looks at some literature that have clarified on the topic of offshore outsourcing, especially on  outsourcing of business services

The article discusses the Canadian policy towards offshore outsourcing. It covers some of the proposed policies, and how effective they are in combating the supposed threats of offshore outsourcing. The article also looks at some of the current trends in offshore outsourcing. It talks about the loss of jobs attributed to outsourcing, and argues that what matter most in this world is the retention and creation of good jobs by innovation. It states that good jobs come from sustained innovation and innovative companies will not be brought down by low-wage competitors.

This article also looks at the recent hot debates concerning offshore outsourcing. The article has referred to the world investment report (2004), which gives more detailed information on the state of offshore outsourcing now. The paper argue that contrary to what people say, off shoring creates jobs for many people in the short run. In the long run, there is no evidence pointing to the fact that outsourcing has led to unemployment. The article states that studies have found that the major threats of offshore outsourcing are economically negligible

The paper recognizes offshore outsourcing as a huge industry, and looks at some of the factors, which play major part in the success of offshore outsourcing. The authors argue that for African countries to succeed in offshore outsourcing trade, they would need a more stable business environment. They should be able to provide a stable environment for the offshore outsourcing to succeed. The countries are encouraged to do all the necessary to become attractive to the developed world concerning offshore outsourcing
