People receive different earnings because of their profession, or level of education, as well as competency. For example, a groundsman may earn more than the company’s casual laborer because of the competency that the groundsman has compared to the casual laborer. It makes them accept their status and their earnings whether low or medium.

Plumbing company pays its employees earnings that vary from the first employer to the last. The management team of the plumbing company earns different from other employees since most of them are professionals. The I.T team earns a different amount as compared to a normal casual plumber due to the difference in the level of education. The chief executive of the plumbing company leads in earnings followed by the management. The casual plumbers earn approximately 30$ to 35$ a day while other employees who are professionals earn more. Often, plumbers get their pay on a daily basis while the rest get theirs on a monthly basis. These differences are appropriate because of some reasonable factors. These factors include the level of education, professional qualifications, rank on employment, experience, and competence level of an individual. Due to the above-mentioned factors, the earnings of employees tend to differ. These differences are a sign of appreciation of one’s effort at whatever level.

The pros of hourly paid employees include the fact that they get higher earnings in comparison to the salaried employees. A plumber may develop more than a professional who is fixed to work in one station. A plumber is flexible in that he can finish his work in the company then get some work in a different place, for example, the local drain. However, some demerits accompany the advantages of these differing earnings. Differing earnings result in vices, for example, members with high earnings may look down upon those who earn less than they do.A case of discrimination is at an alarming rate within the plumbing company. Differing earnings within the plumbing company are a result of discrimination. Some employees within the company get better pay, and the reason for this is not their qualifications, but the favors are given to them by the company heads. The consequences of employment based on discrimination result in strains and hatred among the company employees. The company that practices discrimination is not likely to progress because the employees cannot be comfortable enough in search an environment to prosper. A company will be successful if it gets rid of discrimination.
