- Organizational, Environmental, and External Assumptions and Constraints
- Financial Business Case – Return on Investment
For this assignment, you are tasked with identifying a new project you would like to implement. This can be a project related to your current professional role or your long-term career goal interests. Once you’ve identified what this specific project will be, fill out each section of the project charter with the required information. Feel free to reference Exhibit 5.6 in Healthcare Operations Management if you would like to see an example project charter. There is no “right” or “wrong” answer with this project charter – however, you want to provide enough detail to adequately address each required element. Also, don’t stress about the financial business case/ROI section. Just provide some rough estimates here – I’m not looking for exact cost projections!
