This week, you have learned the importance of compliance from a workforce perspective. For this week’s assignment, complete a human resources audit on your current organization or one that is familiar to you. Research common HR Compliance Checklists to complete the audit by checking off the necessary boxes that either meet or do not meet HR compliance measures. After you have completed the checklist, identify three to four areas that are either not in compliance or could use additional assistance to supersede expectations.

Prepare a written report that discusses the areas that need improvement and proposed solutions to bring into compliance, improve, or both. Provide examples of current laws or public policies to support your findings and recommendations.

Support your assignment with at least three scholarly or professional resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.

Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages
